It has been a while.....
Are you good at 'that' job?
Supplementing 'others' with knowledge, knowhow and awareness in regards with a certain skill, technique, etc. not only helps develop a civilization but also makes sure that the literacy increments and it culminates 'to a lot' who can make this world a better place with the knowledge, righteous motivations and understanding of how they can do it.
'Mentoring' is one of the primal indulgences that defines 'the best portions' of everything that is going on and everything that should go one accompanied by everything that must be set forth to lay better foundations for those who can be directed or redirected to a righteous path. Honing them to become a better person is the first predominant action that should be taken. Until and unless this first step is taken into consideration while imparting the other end with knowledge, it is not worth it.
First, help them learn to become a better person
This helps ensure that the further civilzation indulgences would culminate with bliss when that member would join and instigate any endeavor of his choice. More members you infuse with such, better the prospects of a breathtaking civilization. Knowing when to enact compassion, assisting the weary, helping others at their worst times, etc. would help generate some of my illustrations to prove my point better. This knowhow is more predominant than the rest that i would be defining below.
Second, ask them for what they are drawn with
What is your affinity?
It is such a shame that a lot of departments that should have been here or should have been exhibited with a better trajectory in regards with their establishment, cause, implications and development haven't been quite uplifted to the scale I ever wished. Marine Learning as an illustration would define my case here. There are others like Anthropology and many more and yet they haven't reached the potential, the reach and the exhibition that they should have. It would all create this world more diverse, opportunistic and great when you have a lot of options. Money definition could have been added to even these fascinating domains and a lot of interest could have been peeked such that it could have been more alive.
Nonetheless, it is a significant portion of mentorship to rather excavate possibilities and ask the pupil to consider what he really wants.
Third, once the affinity has been divulged, help him indulge with the domain
With time the member would be enthralled and he would see a lot of possibilities with his indulgence and the best part is he would require a minimalistic never ever considered effort to indulge with such. His drive would automatically help him become a significant portion of the domain and I hope you know what do i encompass with that statement.
Fourth, inspect whether it is all going great for him
As soon as you make sure, he's delighted with his direction, you embrace him and express him best for his endeavors.
